Red Door with a CREEPY vibe.

Guess what word comes to mind when I look at this photo?

I'll give you a hint: It's one of my favorite words and, according to Justcurious, the word I use most often on this blog.

And maybe more generally. It's creepy, baby.

That being said, I like the photo because, well, of its creepy qualities.

Well, the first word that came to mind that you use is a lot is "honky" or "white boy" but I don't think that fits with the picture.

I love the angle in which you shot it, making the door look too big for the doorway.

ps. eyeballs, bees, "I hate zucchini" all don't fit either. Guess I'm going to lose this contest.

I am having dirty thoughts about this photo. The vibe comment isn't helping.

p.s. Since our comments are no longer being moderated, could you perhaps give us some guide lines on the rating that we should attempt to stick to?

I'm thinking, what, pg-13? The truth is I don't really know who looks at this blog. My kids don't see it, or only see it when I'm at the computer as well, working on it. This is off the cuff, but perhaps a good rule of thumb is write nothing that would make a parent incredibly squeemish if they had to explain it to one's 10-year old kid. Or do it so abstractly that there's legitimate plausible deniability about knowing what you're discussing.

This isn't meant as a legal code; I am, however, trying to take seriously your question.

It was kind of a serious question, so I'd say as a guideline that that works. Of course, I am going to have to keep in mind that most people are more squeamish than I am about talking to children.

By the way, the captcha word is "heaven," appropriate, no?

So what was the word?? I'm consumed with curiosity!

I'm going with "white boy" just because.
