Genesis

I confess the narrative arc of the video is fairly straight forward.

A penny in the mail from me to you if you guess correctly (on your first guess) where I filmed this.

And a penny in the mail from me to you if you guess correctly what the music is. No, you may not use one of those stupid apps to identify it for you. (And by "stupid" I mean "oh blessed music identifying app, I need you. Please enter my life right now.")

Narrative arc?...

Ok, I admit this is being said totally in jest and is not intended to sound nearly as disrespectful as I'm afraid it does. But for the sake of humor I'm afraid I must say it.

i. The video was taken from (pulled from?) inside your b-hole, at a pool?

ii. Now here in answering the second question, the joke is over, and I'm quite serious -- the music is from a Star Trek or Star Wars movie, I'm going with Star Trek.

Yes, my guess on B, while educated, comes pulled from "out of" the same place as the narrative arc of the video was... mine and yours, bro.

two fragments:

1. "is not intended to sound...disrespectful..."

2. "The video was taken from inside your b-hole."

I'm thinking there may be a little contradiction there. Shoot.

And wrong-o on the second question.

Curse you, Andy D.! I was going to say it was from his colonoscopy!

My wife thought the music was from a Harry Potter movie.

I know that it is Rieu's Aquarium (Le Carnaval Des Animaux). And no, my magic iPhone had nothing to do with my knowing that fact...

Rieu?

Hmmm......this does not ring right to me. Perhaps Rieu is the conductor? A performer? I thought it was....

Nope. I'll let others guess.

Based on your friends' similar train of thought, we should maybe discuss hanging around with a classier group of people. :)

You married into my friends, I fear. Nothing you can do about it.

It is rather frightening (or just unsurprising?) that two of MB's friends so quickly reached the same conclusion...

Location--the parking garage of the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art, looking north um,--I mean "up".

Music--from "Paix Reveuse" by Quixotic Fusion

This is definitely the Aquarium, but it's by Camille Saint-Saens.

S-S: You get a penny for the fully correct answer.

Whitey (Steven Taylor, not Claudia. Claudia is Honky.): You get whatever honor and glory other readers choose to confer on you. But S-S got the correct answer. Sorry, Whitey.

Anonymous: Exactly correct. Should I send your penny to the North Pole?

Wait, I thought Claudia was Redstr.

I was going to say the music from the Edward Scissorhand movie. It matches your video perfectly.
